support is bad. waiting for simple ticket whole day

Quick transfer and life chat support

I only have 1 .AL domain and I transferred it from Host.al to Webhostal because Host.al was having billing issues and was unable to accept payments. With my renewal coming up I didn't feel safe having to wait so I started to look for alternatives. Webhostal has live chat which answered my question before i started my transfer and also being an accredited .AL registrar made me feel safe for my only .AL domain.

Very good support and service

I just purchased a WordpressHosting Plan this year and I am very happy and content with the service provided untill now.
The support was and is normally replying withing a few minutes in detail to any query (before and after the purchase of the service) and is also very quick in resolving any problem or doubt.
Additionally they keep their word/are honest concerning price and provided services (no hidden fees or restrictions).
In conclusion I am very content and happy with the service provided untill now.

You are on the right site! Don't look back.

I was skeptical at first as i had never heard of their name. I was told by my domain seller to host the domain on cloudyhost.com as they have the best price and excellent customer service. I have experienced it myself over the past week, the instant response and resolution you get is amazing. No idea if they even sleep haha! I have renewed my domain for the most period they have on their list.

Hope they keep up the amazing work for all my years with them.

Great support.
I’m a customer for kore than 5 years and the online support very prompt and I would advice his services to any company looking for serious support.
They release new products and we are using most of them.

Perfect

EN: I was a little skeptical about the quality of service we could get for the price and finally I tried.

And for the moment (7 months of use) I'm very happy with the service: fast server, Cpanel (goodbye OVH and its rotten interface), customer service that answers in 24 hours (goodbye OVH and its 72 hours of waiting for an answer).

Frankly, I recommend it, you can go without fear but I remain vigilant and hope that the service does not degrade over time.

If this is the case, I will review my opinion but for the moment a clear round of the GreenHost team!!!!

FR:J'étais un peu septique concernant la qualité de service que l'on pourrait avoir pour le prix et finalement j'ai essayé.

Et pour le moment (7 mois d'utilisation) je suis super content du service: serveur rapide, Cpanel (au revoir OVH et son interface pourrie), service client qui répond en 24h (au revoir OVH et ses 72h d'attente avant une réponse).

Franchement, je le recommande vous pouvez y aller sans crainte mais je reste vigilant en espérant que le service ne se dégrade pas avec le temps.

Si tel est le cas, je reverrai mon avis mais pour l'instant un sans faute de l'équipe de GreenHost!!!

Great support!!!

Excellent prompt service. My questions were answered and the solution given within minutes. So aside great products, you will also get really good services.

Free package is only a trial

Performance of the control panel is really bad and FTP connections are unstable. Tried the free package which was ended without any notice. After contacting the helpdesk replied rapidly it was a 3-day trial, while this wasn’t clear while subscribing. They didn’t bother trying to offer me a paid subscription... Weird company.

Very quick response chat service customer support! I am subscribing to the EmailSmart service using top domains .fr and .se. The e-mail service has been performing impeccably.
